RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT
- On the off chance that you are discontent with your unused items and wish to return them, you can do as such for as long as 21 days from putting in your request. After your items are gotten back, Pegasus Apparel emails you a gift voucher for your total money back.
- Pegasus Apparel won’t charge expenses for the exchange and will take care of your transportation expenses for the return if you are restoring the things inside the Canada.
- Items to be returned must be unwashed, unworn, with labels all attached.
- In order to initiate a refund or an exchange, please login and return your order or you can send us an email pegasusapparel007@gmail.com.
RETURN LABEL COST
- We don’t cover transportation costs for International returns.
- We don’t cover transportation costs for return orders searching for a refund or exchange and in-store credit.
- We do take care of delivery expenses for wrong deliverables or defective items delivered (inside the Canada).
- There will be a processing expense charged of $5 for exchanges, $9 for returns , however no charge for in-store credit.
PROCESSING A RETURN
- We attempt to prepare returns as simple as we can for our clients. However, as long as your request is inside the return policy, you can file a return and you will receive a delivery label. To handle a return please send your order number and email (used by you while placing the order) on our email pegasusapparel007@gmail.com.
RETURN FOR EXCHANGE
- On the off chance that you are discontent with your unused items and wish to exchange them for an alternate size, color or item you can do as such for as long as 21 days from putting in your request. After your things are returned, Pegasus Apparel will put in another request with the right item.
- Pegasus Apparel will charge a $5 expense for trades.
- Things must be unwashed, unworn, no stains (for example deodorant, make-up and even creature hair/hide) with labels actually joined. Any Items that do have any of these will be deemed imperfect.
RETURNS FOR REFUND
- In the event that you are discontent with your unopened and unused items and wish to return or trade them, you can do as such for as long as 21 days from submitting your request for a full refund or exchange. All refunds will be attributed back to the first installment technique. Pegasus Apparel isn’t liable for taking care of these transportation costs and will charge a $9 expense.
- Things must be unwashed, unworn, no stains (for example deodorant, make-up and even creature hair/hide) with labels actually connected. Any Items that do have any of these will be deemed defective.
- Any returned thing found defected won’t be handled and the client won’t get a refund or have the option to have the things sent back.
